Alright well… I had stayed up very late last night with my boyfriend since he thought he was overdosing on caffeine pills. He waited it out, and drank lots of water so he’s fine. I finally fell asleep around 2am or so.

I slept until around 12pm and then he texted me to wake me up. I woke up and groggily texted back a few times. He told me I could go back to sleep and that he’d wake me up in an hour. Well, he didn’t and so I overslept the hour-long nap.

I woke up around 15-20 minutes ago from a dream of where I had raped two kids.

One was about 12, and the other was 10. A boy and a girl. The boy was younger. Well, sorry if the dream is “vague” but I don’t exactly want to go into very much detail on that one. It was pretty fucked up. 

I don’t know why my dream-being decided he would just… rape some kids today.

Alright, well…

I’ve been trying to go to bed when my boyfriend does, which on school-nights for him is about 9 or 10pm my time. (He lives in Michigan, I live in Arkansas.)

But I’m used to staying up every night until about 4 or 5am and sleeping the day away. I’ve decided that I can’t do that anymore as I’m really stressing on getting a good sleeping schedule back. So I’ve been trying to go to bed early.

It’s really hard for me to fall asleep at first. Usually I can’t fall asleep until 2 or 3am even if I’m trying. But once I do fall asleep, I sleep good unless I have nightmares.

I wake up around 5 or 6am when my phone vibrates. (My boyfriend texts me when he gets up for school.) I pass back out after that and sometimes sleep until 1 or 2pm.

This is the playlist I listen to when I go to sleep. It probably affects my dreams somehow. I don’t always listen to music when I sleep, however most of the time I do and it’s this playlist. Not in this order, I shuffle it.
