Sleep Patterns

Alright, well…

I’ve been trying to go to bed when my boyfriend does, which on school-nights for him is about 9 or 10pm my time. (He lives in Michigan, I live in Arkansas.)

But I’m used to staying up every night until about 4 or 5am and sleeping the day away. I’ve decided that I can’t do that anymore as I’m really stressing on getting a good sleeping schedule back. So I’ve been trying to go to bed early.

It’s really hard for me to fall asleep at first. Usually I can’t fall asleep until 2 or 3am even if I’m trying. But once I do fall asleep, I sleep good unless I have nightmares.

I wake up around 5 or 6am when my phone vibrates. (My boyfriend texts me when he gets up for school.) I pass back out after that and sometimes sleep until 1 or 2pm.
